Made from the highest quality swedish tool steel using high end heat treatment and coating gives the Mlock_125|Slim a solid, future proof, reliable performance with easy maintenance and longevity.

Fast Setups

With 1 second needed to go from fully closed to fully open the Mlock_125|Slim is allowing for fast clamping and quicker setups, increasing spindle up time.

High Power

The screwless wedge design generates close to 60 kN or 13500 lbs of clamping power with high reliability, repeatability and feel while distributing down force on the movable jaw to enhance clamping precision.

Universally compatible

Using symmetrically positioned, US compatible, M8 bolt pattern allows for easy use of other popular workholding solutions like CARVESMART dovetailed jaw system or readily available bolt on soft jaws to enhance productivity.

Easy Cleaning

The open end central T-slot allows for easy chip evacuation, boosting operator efficiency and making fast cleaning one airblow away.

Smooth Jaws | 3 mm gripping step

The volume hardened and ground smooth jaws are generally used for finishing operations on steels, alloy steels, stainless, and other harder materials. The 3mm gripping stepped jaws are engineered to allow minimal material clamping for this harder materials while maintaining high rigidity for high power machining in roughing op's.

Serrated Jaws | 2 types

The volume hardened and ground serrated jaws are recommended for high power semi finishing and roughing operation on steels, alloy steels, stainless and other harder materials, when the clamping can not leave any deep marks on the part surface but there is a real need for increase gripp.

Roughing Jaws | 2 types

The roughing jaws are recommended for high power roughing operation on steels, alloy steels, stainless and other harder materials, when marks on the stock surface are allowable and there is a real need for high gripp and rigidity. The jaws are volume hardened for maximum longevity on any material.
