Mr. Karim Mollah never go for customer segmentation, market segmentation, value positioning, product development, service development, sourcing or marketing, distributing, sales force, sales promotion and advertising. Mr. Karim Mollah is still making sales and profits. Mr. Karim Mollah is also not investing enough money rather he invests more time, energy, and less money. The main strategy he follows is relationship building with customers which is his only powerful marketing weapon for the non-conventional marketers.

Profit of Rahmania Hotel

Everyday Mr. Karim Mollah is making huge profit. He is making net profit of TK 1000 every day. Therefore monthly his profit is more or less near TK 30,000 which is enough for a person to lead their livelihood.

Therefore I can conclude that people should go for nonconventional marketing first and if they are successful with their business then they should expand it. This will increase their experience level at the same time there would be less chance of failure. Non-conventional marketing is all about giving more focus to your customer and relationship building. The non-conventional strategies of marketing always seem to work when everything else fails. Non-conventional marketing has centralized idea of engaging and building more connections with the prospective buyers and customers.

Reasons that these strategies succeed are simple. Business nowadays is empty without emotions and these vendors follow strategies which build more healthy relations with customers. Interactions with the people are very important to increase sales. In super shop people do not have the chance to bargain so there is less or no interaction of customer with the salesperson. Even we cannot contact with the owner of the super shop but we can meet with Mr. Karim Mollah in front of our eyes every day. Even Mr. Karim Mollah will give us product with amount owing to us when we have good relationship with the Mr. Karim Mollah. But super shop will never allow us to pay in such a way.
