Ciroc on premise events will feature the LTO (Limited Time Offering) Ciroc Black Raspberry & Ciroc Base (plain, blue bottle). Guests will be able to sample both variants while executing a game of Ciroc N Roll with a simple dice game mechanic.

CONFIRMATION CALL (to be completed by the Lead by 5pm on Thursday)

Instead of confirming specific numbers of bottles and pricing, the sales team has decided to take that task on themselves, which means less work for you! We are now only calling to give the account a polite reminder of their upcoming event.

Quiz Submission: review the link to the run of show document and submit the quiz found at the end via email. You will only need to submit the quiz once per quarter/program.

Lead TO CONFIRM WITH Staff

• Reach out to your staff at least 24 hours prior to your event and confirm the following

ü Meeting location (remember you must enter the account together in full uniform)

ü Confirm the staff member is comfortable with the ROS and product information

ü Detail out any uniform notes, if applicable

ü This can be done via text, email or directly through the Booked Out app. Select the event, then select staff, you can text or call directly through there

ARRIVAL TIME

• Remember, your arrival time is called out on the schedule and that is when you should be entering the account together in full uniform

• If you are not going to enter the account on time you MUST reach out to your manager

• Failure to notify MKTG of a late arrival will result in loss of Lead status or Staff shifts

BOOKED OUT!

MKTG is now utilizing the Booked Out app for every shift you work, unless notified otherwise. You will need to complete 3 Milestones for each shift. This will eventually be tied into Ceridian for your pay, so you want to make sure your milestones are accurate!

SAMPLES

• Ciroc Base in a mixed cocktail

• Ciroc Black Raspberry in a mixed cocktail

• Both variants will be $50 per pitcher + 20% gratuity

• Specific sample drinks will be called out in Booked Out

• Ciroc t-shirts and blue Ciroc sunglasses

Set Up Tasks

• Set up your sampling station with whatever display materials you have in your kit

• Confirm drink feature with bar staff and record it on the table tents. Place the table tents in high traffic areas, focusing on the bar and get your first pitchers of sample drinks

• Make sure to let the employees know about the promotion, drink special and products you are sampling and inform them that you will need their help in keeping track of the number of drinks sold during the event

• Complete pre-shift paperwork (merchandising form) and take necessary photos of posted drink, drink feature, pre-merchandising and any Ciroc cocktails listed on the menu

THE EVENT

• Tray up samples of both variants, pack up swag bag, and get ready to circulate the account!

• Lead and Staff will circulate the account together

• Approach consumers to see if they would like to play “Ciroc N Roll”

• Guests will roll both dice and if they roll doubles, a combo of 7 or 11, they win a prize

• Once you execute the game, then move on to the sampling portion

• Discuss with consumers the different variants and let them choose based off of their taste profile

• Encourage consumers to purchase full sized drinks at the bar

ENDING THE EVENT

Lead Tasks

• Close out the bar tab, tip 20% and make sure to get a receipt and complete sign off forms

• Take a photo of the receipt

• Ensure all materials are packed up and get the staff’s uniform back

Staff Tasks

• Dump out any remaining product and wipe down pitchers and trays

• Return uniform to Lead

Make sure to thank the account staff before you leave the venue

Make sure all staff clock out using Booked Out

REPORTING

The Lead is responsible for all post shift reporting but the Staff should communicate any relevant quotes, insights and important information to the Lead post shift to ensure everything is reported accurately

Photos- due by 10pm on Sunday, uploaded via Booked Out

Sales Force- due within 24 hours of your shift

Both the Lead and Staff must enter their hours into Ceridian within 24 hours of their event
