The MK-CMA is a robust, innovate cartoner that can handle a wide range of applications. The MK-CMA provides semi-automated or fully automated cartoning to handle your unique application. All major actuated components are servo driven on the MK-CMA. Autoload buckets can be adjusted manually or can feature fully automated change over to reduce set-up time. The MK-CMA features an Allen Bradley Controls Package that includes servo motors, servo drives, PanelView HMI, CompactLogix PLC and more. Stainless steel panel construction and U.H.M.W. chain rails are standard which provides long life and quiet, efficient operation. MK-CMA - Continuous Motion Autoload Cartoner
Servo Driven Overhead Squaring Chain can provide
high quality closures on cartons over 2” wide. This system will allow for a square closure on
your carton.
Barrel Cam Loading System with Overhead Confiner can ensure your multi-pack SKUs will be
packaged with high efficiency and quality.
Autoload Buckets allow for semi-automated cartoning. The buckets are adjustable and AFA
will provide jigs for each SKU. This allows for accurate and
repeatable changeovers.
