– 40%-50% : re-present proposal

– <40% : terminate or re-register the programme

• Viva Voce – Submit Thesis Submission Notification Form 3 months before

submission of thesis.

• Publication – Accumulated impact factors 9 if the Ph.D candidate wants to submit

thesis within 1.5 years

– Accumulated impact factors 6 if the Ph.D candidate wants to submit thesis within 2 years

– One refereed journal before a Ph.D candidate submits his thesis.

– Attended twice a year research seminar with good commitment.

– Scored average 8 marks out of 10 for the progress reports throughout the academic session.
