The Mitel AMS-MED system uses information from your daily appointment schedule to create custom messages. We
work with you to match each unique field to a unique message "snippet." When snippets are combined, patients
receive individually-tailored messages. For example:
Mitel AMS-MED "translates" report elements into the appropriate phrases for patients.
Provider code "2" is translated into "with Dr. Williamson"
"1-May" is translated into "Friday, May 1"
Appointment type "Surgery" is translated into the instructions,
"Please do not eat for 6 hours prior to check-in"
