Decline in downloads starting 10/24 most significantly caused by the decline in the following downloads. This trend has leveled out into November with an average number of downloads ~600k per day

Creates two new reports on the MIS SECURE for verbal Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) commitments/decommitments, one following the Day-Ahead Reliability Unit Commitment (DRUC) and one following the Hourly Reliability Unit Commitment (HRUC) to stay consistent with the current RUC data delivery process. 6/8/2011

Creates a new report for unconfirmed trades on the MIS CERTIFED that will provide timely information regarding the trades that have not yet been confirmed for the upcoming hour and all remaining hours of the Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) Study Period so that Market Participants may make adjustments as necessary to conduct business. 6/8/2011

This NOGRR creates a report that will provide summary level data of the daily operations information which is currently provided hourly or more frequently for which the downloading of this data is extremely cumbersome. Restores visibility of operational data which was provided in the zonal market.
