Summary


This attachment is intended to provide a detailed review of the application and hardware landscape being employed within the DWC and DOLIR IS related deficiencies along with potential solutions where possible are also included Due to the changing focus and evolving business needs several feature gaps exist in AICS In part this also has resulted in the proliferation of user created and managed Excel spreadsheets and MS Access databases with critical data Lack of workflow capabilities in several DWC systems are also affecting user productivity
