WHY 360fly?The 360fly 4K is the world’s smartest 360° camera. With a single lens, the 360fly 4K captures your life in immersive, interactive 360° 4K video you can share instantly on social media and relive fully in virtual reality via 360fly’s mobile and desktop apps. It’s the 360° camera that misses nothing. And changes everything.

The 360fly 4K camera offers the following UPGRADED and ADVANCED FEATURES:

LIVIT Live Streaming: In partnership with LIVIT, camera users can live stream in 360° video across the LIVIT mobile app. Now friends and family can see all the action in real time, no editing or uploading required.

Front-Facing Cam (First-Person POV Mode): Not all situations require a 360° field of view. During those times, 360fly 4K users can select the First-Person POV mode to record video or capture a photograph in the traditional point-and-shoot style. This mode records in a 16:9 aspect ratio at 2560x1440-pixel resolution, with a field of view of 178x100 degrees (204° diagonal).

Time-Lapse Video Mode: Turn hours into dynamic minutes with 360° time-lapse video. Users can select 0.5-, 1-, 2-, 5-, 10-, 30- or 60-second shutter intervals.

Telemetry: The 360fly 4K camera features a built-in GPS sensor to tag locations, an altimeter, and an accelerometer—all powered by an advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Users can track altitude and speed, and use third-party applications to overlay the data into their existing 360° video content.

Expanded Internal Memory: The 360fly 4K camera boasts 64 GB of internal memory. With its increased storage, there’s no need to pause your adventures to offload videos.

OnePush™ Button Color-Coding: For clearer visibility and mode recognition, the 360fly 4K camera features an enhanced design with color-coded lighting around the OnePush button and the bottom ring of the mounting dock.

Unique Design: The camera features a soft-touch rubber coating, giving it a smooth yet tactical feel. It’s sleek enough to take with you and capture a night out on the town, yet durable enough to handle an extreme mountain biking ride. Plus, its versatile 1/4”- 20 mounting thread is compatible with universal mounts and tripods.

SET UPStep 1Download/update most recent version of the 360fly desktop and mobile app (available on Android and iOS).

This app is key to capturing your entire world in 360° 4K video. Just search “360fly” in the App Store or Google Play and download it to your mobile device.

Launch the app and follow the tutorial to set up your camera and build your 360fly profile.

The app allows your mobile device to serve as your camera’s remote and viewfinder, giving you the power to edit and share videos across social media platforms.

Step 3

Remove your camera from its Power Cradle and turn it on by holding the OnePush button down for 4 seconds. It will vibrate and flash blue. When the LED is solid blue, the camera’s in stand-by mode and ready to go.

Step 4Connect your mobile device and 360fly 4K camera by tapping the Camera icon in the app. Now tap the Camera drop-down arrow to add or select a camera.

Step 5Follow the in-app directions to name your 360fly 4K camera, create a profile and complete your camera’s setup, including giving your camera a password.

Step 6Use the included 1/4 -20” Action Camera Adapter with all your existing 3-prong mounts (including GoPro mounts) on your favorite gear and start capturing and sharing everything around you in immersive, interactive 360° 4K video.

Please Note:If you receive a software update notification, please make sure you have the most current software before using the camera. Simply follow the instructions in the notification to complete the update.

Step 2

Remove the 360fly 4K camera from the packaging and place it on its Magnetic Power Cradle while the cradle is plugged into a power source. Let your camera charge for at least 30 minutes. (The LED will turn solid green once fully charged.]

SHOOTING IN 4KThe 360fly 4K camera offers new and fun ways to capture content, including 360° video and photos and First-Person Point-of-View (POV) and Time-Lapse videos. Each option is easily accessible in the 360fly mobile app and from the Revolver icon to the right of the Capture button.

Additionally, users can adjust saturation, brightness, exposure and contrast to compensate for low-light conditions. Camera settings are available by selecting the last icon in the bottom-right of the screen.

360° MODEThe 360fly 4K camera captures detail-rich 360° 4K video.

It also gives users the power to set the camera’s frames per second (FPS) rate. To get a live streaming view while filming,

users select the 24 FPS. The 30 FPS has the highest resolution of 2880x2880. And 60 FPS is available for

shooting fast-paced, action-packed environments.

Users can also easily transition from video to photography by selecting the Camera icon left

of the Capture button in the mobile app.

FIRST-PERSON POV MODEThe 360fly 4K gives users the power to switch from recording in 360° to a standard point-and-shoot mode and back with ease. Working similar to a traditional point-and-shoot camera, the 360fly’s First-Person POV mode allows users to capture 16:9 videos and photos. When using this mode, the OnePush button and LED light are used to orientate the camera and should be pointing straight up.

9

TIME-LAPSEAlso new to the 360fly 4K camera is the ability to capture a 360° time-lapse video. By selecting the third button within the Revolver, users can choose a 0.5-, 1-, 2-, 5-, 10-, 30- or 60-second shutter interval.

EDITING & SHARINGThe 360fly 4K makes editing and sharing 360° video and standard 16:9 video easy. Once videos are downloaded from the camera to your smartphone, you’re able to edit your content a number of ways.

INITIATE EDIT: To begin editing, select the Scissors at the bottom-right of the screen.

CLIP CAPTURE—EDITING IN 360° To edit your content in an interactive 360° experience, select the Director’s Clapboard.

Press on the clapboard to activate the Clip Capture feature. Now simply drag the playhead over the areas you want in your video and select them by toggling the Director’s Clapboard icon on and off.

Once you’ve made your clip selections, you’ll see a Done button in the top-right of the screen. Tap it and your video will process, and you’ll move to the Preview page.

10

CLIP CAPTURE—EDITING CONT’DFrom the Preview page, you can watch your new edit and add cool effects, including filters, slow- and fast-motion sequences and soundtracks from a wide variety of popular artists. You can even adjust the mix by selecting a 50/50 music/ambient sound combo or 100% music.

SELECT A FILTER

ADJUST SPEED

ADD A SOUNDTRACK 360fly offers more than 50 tracks of popular music users can mix into edits. An exclusive licensing agreement with the music industry’s top labels provides 360fly users the ability to share their content with popular tracks from a variety of genres, including Classic Rock, Hip-Hop/R&B, Metal, Country, Dance, Pop, and Alternative.

11

WATCH ME—EDITING 360° VIDEO FOR STANDARD POV VIEWING360fly also allows you to edit your 360° video into a “flattened” single-point-of-view video for use on non-360° social media. To start a Watch Me edit, select the Eyeball icon next to the Director’s Clapboard.

Using Watch Me, you’re the cameraman and editor and have the power to select the point of view you want viewers to watch. Start your edit by choosing the Eyeball icon. Now you can pinch swipe and tilt your phone to move and frame the footage.

Like in Clip Capture, use the playhead and toggle the Eyeball icon on and off to select and skip over sections of the video. Again, the sections you include will appear green on the timeline. The POV shown in the sections in green on the timeline is what the viewers will see on your Watch Me edit.

That’s it. You’ve converted full 360° video into a dynamic edit for viewing on non-360° social media such as Instagram.

SHARE TO SOCIAL MEDIAOnce you have an edit you love—in Clip Capture or Watch Me—you can post it directly to Facebook and YouTube from your smartphone by simply selecting the Share button in the screen’s top-right corner.

12

EDITING & SHARING VIA DESKTOPThe 360fly desktop Director’s app acts as the user’s 360° video library and basic editing platform. It’s available for download at 360fly.com/apps. The desktop Director’s app is great for piecing together longer edits and offers users the ability to merge clips, add filters, mix in soundtracks, adjust speeds and easily share videos to social media platforms.

To transfer your 360° video from your 360fly 4K camera to your desktop Director app, make sure your camera is powered on and connect to your computer via USB cord and Power Cradle. A 360fly 4K camera icon will appear on your desktop. Open the icon and drag and drop your 360° videos.
