It is with great pleasure that we present you with a proposal on effectively gaining new Matrix Warehouse Computer (MWC) client sign-ups through our unique Refer-a-Friend and win competition format.

We at Just Perfect are excited about the opportunity to work together with you and your team in delivering this exciting and innovative offering to your user base.

As discussed, Just Perfect will provide MWC with the following:

- A refer-a-friend engine to be used by MWC for the period of the competition - All mailer designs to be sent out to the existing MWC base - A R5 million guaranteed prize to the one who generates the correct winning 9 digit code - A branded MWC sign-up-page for people who want to enter the competition - Up to 30 000 new sign-ups included - Up to 3 million entries A R5 Million guaranteed prize is the largest prize on the internet today. We believe that the size of such a prize will generate large amounts of user activity, referrals, sign-ups and media attention. The campaign has no time limit and can run until there is a winner or until MWC has met their new sign-up and budgetary needs.In order to deliver on the above, Just Perfect, is proposing the following investment requirements.

- R300 000 exc. VAT initial once off payment (50% payable upfront, 50% payable on launch of competition).
