(U) Mission Summary:

P-8A was an ILS mission ISO HADR tasked in

the EPAC. Crew collected imagery of target

deck. Areas in vicinity of rivers showed

predominantly minor to moderate flooding,

limited to no damage to roadways, and

functional bridges, with the exception of

POI’s 43, 45, 48, 49, 72, 75, and 86. Also

observed were targets of opportunity, to

include locally serialized report I8 (Slide 16),

where crew discovered extensive washed out

roadways, flooding, crowds gathered along

the edge of flood water, and construction

equipment in use to repair the local area.

Crew assesses that largest issue faced by

affected nation is flooding and road washout.

Little damage presented that did not appear

to come from flood water.
