How can I know the level?

Think about the scope. Will the decisions made affect a division, an entire department, the whole University…

What is the level of impact, who does the activity affect?

What keywords would you pick out to determine what group or level is the most appropriate?

Who RUNS the program? (If the school/college

runs the program … it is at the college level)

What groups does your faculty work with the most, look at your faculty’s other activities

What do you already know about your faculty’s activities?

Does the program have a life of its own?

(ex: They are their own group and could be looked up in the Universty directory)
