The 17:05:06 mark of Burger’s taser video is exactly 14 seconds after Burger fired his taser gun and corresponds to the 10:10:43 mark of Temores’ MAV video which is also 14 seconds after Burger fired his taser gun.

From this angle it is clear that Burger’s taser camera is recording Temores’ back from directly behind Temores on the north side of the sidewalk inches away from the residential fence and hedge

At the same time that Burger’s Taser camera is recording Temores back from directly behind Temores, Burger is seen in Temores’ MAV video standing in the ivy on the SOUTH side of the sidewalk contrary to what Burger’s taser video is depicting on the NORTH side of the sidewalk.

Burger did not moved from his location while Temores stood up from kneeling down on the ground Had Burger actually been behind Temores while Temores was on the ground, then Burger would be directly behind Temores in the still-frame to the left hidden from Temores’ MAV camera.

CONCLUSION: The video footage of Burger standing behind Temores next to the fence is missing from Temores’ MAV video.

This is video footage from Defendant Burger’s taser camera recording of the back side of Defendant Temores while Defendant Temores is drive stunning Plaintiff Ciampi on the ground.

It is clear that from the angle of the footage of Temores, Burger’s taser camera must be no further away from the residential fence than the width of Temores’ body. Thus, Burger must be standing directly behind Temores next to the residential fence with his taser camera facing the back of Temores.

The Scene below is taken from Officer Temores’ Taser Camera. There is no corresponding scene visible in Temores’ MAV recording. Temores MAV recording recorded the entire incident continuously.

Ciampi is barefoot. Burger is on the ground with the black shoe. Temores is standing behind the camera which he is holding in his hand facing east toward Ciampi. The shoe visible behind Ciampi on the sidewalk is the heel of Wagner. At no time in Temores’ MAV video is Ciampi seen, facing west, facing the camera when Burger is on the ground while Wagner is STANDING BEHIND CIAMPI.

CONCLUSION: The video footage of Wagner standing behind Ciampi has been removed from Temores’ MAV recording.

OFFICER WAGNER IS NOT BEHIND CIAMPI IN

There is no corresponding scene in Temores’ MAV video that depicts Ciampi standing facing west, (the visible tire from the bicycle is east behind Ciampi), while Burger is on the ground in front of him.

These two scenes are from Temores’ Taser CAM video. Ciampi is not seen in Temores’ MAV video lying face down on the sidewalk. These two scenes have been have been edited out of Temores’ MAV video. The corresponding scenes from Temores’ MAV video do not exist.
