In consideration of you allowing me to bring my dog to the Greensboro Grasshoppers game, I on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators (collectively, the “Releasors”), hereby expressly waive, release and discharge the Greensboro Grasshoppers, Greensboro Baseball LLC and all other supporters, vendors and sponsors, and their officers, shareholders, directors, members, officials, agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns (officially the “Releasees”) from any and all action, suits, debts, duties, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, claims, and demands whatsoever which Releasor now has or hereafter can, shall, or may have for, or by any reason of, or in any way arising out of, or in any way connected with the dog the Releasors bring to the Grasshoppers game, or by reason of, or in any way arising from, or in any way connected with any other dog brought to the Grasshoppers game (collectively, the “Claims”). I agree to indemnify and hold harmless each and every Releasee from any and all liability, damage, or expense (including, without limitations, costs of litigation and attorney’s fees) that any Releasee may suffer or incur in connection with the Claims. I am and will remain solely responsible for any dog that I bring to the Greensboro Grasshoppers game. AMENITIES Clean-up bags, water and treats will be provided for our canine friends, as well as complimentary pet-sitting areas near Natty’s Hill. Dogs are not permitted on the concourse at any time. FESTIVITIES A pre-game pet/owner parade around the field will begin promptly at 6:30pm for our Bark in the Park participants. Contests will be held for: - Largest Dog - Best Hair - Most Unique Trick SEATING All participants will be seated in the Natty’s Hill grass berm area in left field. Blankets are strongly recommended, as lawn chairs are not permitted into NewBridge Bank Park.
