WHAT DOES THE PTA DO
All parents are automatically Members of the Parent Teacher Association. Our aim is to foster positive working relationships between parents and ourchildren’s school. We organize a variety of social events throughout the yearand help to sponsor fund raising events which are organised to help theschool and the nominated charities. Each class has its own PTARepresentative (all parents are eligible for this role) and there are key officershelping with welcome, hospitality and special events such as sports day andthe annual Summer Fête.
The PTA is always in need of your contributions to be able to organisethe events and support the school, for which we are very grateful. Thisyear we hope we can count on a large number of parents support, soplease bring along your ideas and suggestions on how you can help andbe part of the team!
How to volunteer
If you are interested in helping with any of the events listed below, pleasesend an email to Catherine Mitchell at [email protected] and youwill be contacted by the coordinator of that event at the appropriatetime.
