In the light of Board Minutes (206th Board) circulated vide reference 6th cited the land cost for 913.99 acres is revised to RS.182/- PSM under undeveloped land and the rate is excluding process and land conversion Charges. The land cost is fixed for 913.99 acres only, for onward allotment to Mis BEL and treated as undeveloped land. Hence, no development cost is to be incurred by APIIC. 1. The land cost is calculated under the category of undeveloped land.2. Zonal office should not incur any expenditure towards development works.3. As Land conversion Charges are not included in the land cost, same is to be

borne by the Allottees.4. Process Fee is not loaded, hence the same is to be collected separately at thetime

of allotment (refer clause no.9.4 of Allotment Regulations 2015).5. The rate is arrived based on the proposals submitted by the District collector

pending alienation from Government. Hence, it is to be treated as Tentative costonly. Any variances of land acquisition and administrative charges payable tocollector is to the account of MIS BEL. Hence, the same may be intimated to MISBEL at the time of allotment Iagreement for sale of land.

6. Any clarification regarding documentation is to be obtained from Assetmanagement wing, APIIC, H.O.
