WHAT IS E COMMERCE?
e commerce is enabling or achieving your business objectives by using
information technology to enhance or transform your business processes.
E-COMMERCE
It is second big application next to ERP. With the advent of internet technology, ecommerce today covers an entire scope online including design and developing, marketing, selling, delivering, servicing and paying for goods.
Some ecommerce applications add order tracking as feature for customer to know delivery of status of order.

G2C (GOVERNMENT TO CITIZEN)
Government-to-Citizen (abbreviated G2C) is the communication link between a government and private individuals or residents.
Such G2C communication most often refers to that which takes place through Information Communication Technologies (or ICTs), but can also include direct mail and media campaigns. G2C can take place at the federal, state, and local levels.
G2C will aim at connecting citizens to government by Talking to citizens and supporting accountability. Listening to citizens and improving democracy.
