1. The meeting regarding subject noted above chaired by Project Director (Solar), dated:

24/10/2019, held in committee Room of PEDO. The Chair welcomed the committee members

and briefed them about the agenda project.

2. The names of bidders were announced package wise and their technical proposals were opened

in the presence of their representatives. The technical proposals of the following thirty (30)

intending bidders were opened.

3. The committee members signed the opened technical proposals and sealed financial proposals

accordingly.
