BLAIR’S ENDURAFLEX™ PERFORMANCE LININGS FOR GOLD PROCESSING ARE: VE611BN , 60 durometer natural rubber , for mo derate abrasive feed piping. VE611BN is designed for sliding abrasion, weather and chemical resistance, making it good for pipe application, neutralization and thicken er tanks. VE616BN, 70 durometer for severe abrasion and high solid processing. VE616BN is designed for high cut, tear and abrasion resistance such as ore breakdown, and tailing thickeners. VE621BC, 60 durometer Chlorobutyl for leaching, neutrali zation, cyanide processes and carbon washing. VE621BC also offers excellent chemical, weather, heat and oxidation resistance. VE628 BC, 60 durometer chlorobu tyl has the same chemical, weather, heat and oxidation resistance as VE621BC with improved abrasion resistance. Selection of the correct lining for a particular processing area is complex and involved; each area has distinct solution and slurry characteristics. In general, erosion protection is one of the primary areas of concern and the abrasion severity of ten determines the lining selected.
