What if your employer is H1B Dependent? They have to pay $130K to you. This includes non-
discretionary benefits (insurance, 401K) If they cannot pay then “they must make attestations
regarding recruitment and non-displacement of U.S. workers.”–Basically, they need to submit additional paperwork that shows that you are not replacing an American worker and that your company conducts interviews and offers a fair opportunity to Americans to apply for your position.
