Flat-pack delivery and quick set-up was key features.Now the concept is growing and the houses will be available in several si!es with various floor plans."part from the original 15 sqm Mini #ouse we have developed a number of prefabricated housemodels - Mini #ouse $.% - with various layouts depending on user&s requirements for bedrooms guestrooms living room storage kitchen bathroom and sauna etc. 'he houses are available in si!es from(% to 1%% sqm. "dditionally we will offer roof modules )enclosed or open* which create a covered

terrace )i.e. pergola* or may connect two structures and create an open-air space in between. +oodendecks will also be possible add-ons for each house.

Mini #ouse has recently merged with the leading ,candinavian brand of ecological holiday houses,ommarnen. ,ommarnen is well known for its range of designed wooden houses and will managethe development production and e/port of Mini #ouse.
