The most ideal candidates for the process are peoplewith physical disabilities, advanced age or terminal diseases.

- First of all, Jake compares his mothers care and love despite of his fathercondition with the carefulness he gave to Rebecca introducing her in the

novel. Jake recalled the last New Years Eve because he remembered a specialtime he enjoyed with Rebecca, where he visited her penthouse, gave herflowers, and kissed her.
