978-994-5705 Carole Legro is a mind-body educator and psychotherapist with over 30 years experience inviting individuals to experience the meditative arts. Carole is an RN with an MA in clinical psychology/ organizational development and has taught mindfulness for research studies at Harvard University, Mass General Hospital and the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical Center. She has taught the benefits of stress reduction and mindfulness to leaders in business, healthcare, education and to individuals and groups with chronic pain, catastrophic illness, depression and anxiety.
