Objective1. I’m on the road a lot but need

to invite new trainees to training every day.

2. I get a lot of emails, when I’m away from my desk, asking for trainees to be reset in courses.

3. I want to be able to check on my trainees, wherever I am, reminding or extending deadlines as needed.

Solution1. The mobile interface now makes

it very easy to do all management tasks including inviting trainees to courses or series.

2. Resetting trainees from your phone or tablet is easy. The interface makes it easy to find trainees their course/series states.

3. Getting trainee information is optimized for mobile devices making it easy to see who needs to be reminded or extended.

– By the end of next week if you log into your account on a phone, you should see this new optimized interface for the Manage Users page

• Is this an app I have to download?– No, you access this via a browser on your phone.

• Will everyone have access to this page?– Yes, any Administrator, Trainer, Manager, Team Lead or Reporter who logs in,

will see this optimized view page.

• Will this affect my trainees? – No, this only impacts the administrative side of your account, trainees will see

no difference.
