TASK: CREATE AN EDUCATIONAL POSTER OUTLINING ONE OF THE 6 MAJOR
ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS IN CHINA
• Underline the main points of your article
• Highlight the words you don’t know
• Get in your groups; discuss the information you don’t know and research to find what it is
• In your groups decide the most important main points to include and decide which pictures you can draw to illustrate the issue
• Do some research and decide whether China can “change course” from its current actions
TASK: CREATE AN EDUCATIONAL POSTER OUTLINING ONE OF THE 6 MAJOR
ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS IN CHINA
• Place your issue in the center of your poster
(like the mind maps we did in class)
• Decide where you will put the rest of the info• Description of the type of pollution• Where does it happen in China?• Why does it happen?• How may your issue have consequences for the rest of
the world?• Can China ‘change course’? How? (look in your
textbook and online for more information)
