1) Min. quantity per trip-Kuantan HQ: 500ctn -Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bharu and Mentakab: 300ctn

2) Window time of receiving Branch Day Receiving Time Special remark

KTN Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm No receiving on SaturdayMTK Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm No receiving on Saturday

K.BharuSaturday - Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm No receiving on Friday

K.TerengganuSaturday - Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm No receiving on Friday

3) Lead time deliveries: Within 3 working days

4) SCC got the rights to reject any cargo due to the failure of following any of the below conditions:- Delivery time before 4.00pm for all branch. - Delivery date must be followed exactly by the date we requested.

( Exception: Delayed orders were informed and accepted. )- Warehouse do not receive stock expires within 6 months, any type of damages and item

received not included in PO.
