To whom it may concern: Steve Stilson has worked in the Technology Development Program (TDP) at AT&T since 2008. For two years before that, he was a part-time intern. I have known Steve Stilson for seven years, and have supervised him in the TDP group for two years. The employees of TDP are part of an internal flexible resource pool, supporting various groups within the AT&T Technology Development department. They are expected to ramp up quickly, fulfilling critical software delivery needs on assignments that last anywhere from 6-26 months. In Steve’s case, he was a Software Engineer who worked for eight different teams during his ten years with AT&T. In each of the groups, Steve helped build strategic applications, ranging from software that monitors the AT&T network to creating dashboards for the officers of AT&T to see progress on their initiatives. The projects were diverse in both technology and scope, exposing Steve to various delivery models, programing languages and all areas of the software development cycle. Steve was known for prioritizing his skills development, constantly balancing higher education and training with his workload. Steve is a capable software engineer who has amassed a well-rounded set of skills and experience that will make him very useful in various delivery environments.
