Life (1/2)• He was born in Beirut,
Lebanon, the 18th August of 1983
• When he was one year old his family was forced to leave Lebanon and move to Paris
• He first learnt playing the piano from Joe Dassin
• At nine years old his family moved to London, where he continued his musical studies

• His first single was “Relax, take it easy”
• In his first album almost all his songs were of an autobiographical topic
• But other songs, like “Big girl” were a protest to discrimination (in this song he complain about the social position of fat woman)
Family• He has one young brother, another young sister and two older
sisters• His sister Yasmine (called with the artistic name of Dawack) painted
the cartoon art for his album Life in Cartoon Motion, and she is currently a fashion designer
• All of his brothers and sisters speak fluently french and mandarin chinese
