The design of theARC MIG/MAG Synergistic range of welding machine is based on the latest technology of inverter based welding power sources. The machine Micro Proces-sor Control system allows for wide range of processes and features for simple and easy welding operation.

Using the MIG process, the microprocessor control system provides current pulses to produce identical molten welding wire droplets of predetermined volume to assure a stable wire burn off.

As the welding current pulses are specific to a given material and wire diameter, these details are programmed into the machine, given the power supply the ability to assure a uni-form weld penetration for a certain wire type and diameter.

The synergistic control system allows the operator to weld with Solid and Flux Cored wire by adjusting the welding cur-rent based on his experince and the thickness of the material being welded. The rest of the welding parameters are stored inside the welding machine as programs.
