What is MightyMeeting• Target audience :

- My target audience are students with difficulties to meet up with their groups and faculty that are always abroad and/or live outside the city as many of our Abu Dhabi campus faculty do.

- MightyMeeting is a tool used ANYWHERE and at ANYPLACE it provides long – distance communication.

• When to use MightyMeeting :

- it is best used when a peer of a group cant attend a meeting then MightyMeeting provides the facility of the meeting being held through his gadget that will make him communicate with the rest of the group

- Professors that are aboard can attend meetings and can be updated constantly


Benefits of MightyMeeting

• Advantages of MightyMeeting :

- Can connect at a projector and present to a room full of people- easy to join an audio conference- Easy to use- Fairly cheap

• Drawbacks of MightyMeeting :

- Internet connection is needed- Supports only ipods,ipads,iphones and gadgets with android is required- It is not completely free - inability to show PowerPoint animations
