9 Miele Concierge Service
Miele Concierge Service – Terms and Conditions
1.1 Miele Concierge Service (“MCS”) is a personalised Miele appliance service offer. MCS affords the purchaser an
extensive, in-home, product advice session on the functions and optimum use of their Miele appliance(s) conducted
by a Miele Consultant. Session time is between 60 - 90 minutes.
1.2 The advice session on your Miele appliances provides the following benefits:
Personal advice – We explain specific features and give you advice on maintenance and operation.
Programming of your favourite functions – We program your appliances to suit your personal needs.
Tips & tricks for perfect results – We show you how you can achieve the best results and give you valuable tips
to ensure that you can enjoy your appliances.
Demonstration of CareCollection and online shop ordering – We demonstrate the Miele CareCollection products
and the Miele online shop ordering process.
2. VALIDITY
2.1 MCS applies to Miele’s Gen6000 range of domestic appliances purchased by the customer and located in a single
dwelling (irrespective of the date of purchase).
2.2 A Miele oven must be purchased for a customer to be able to purchase the Miele Concierge Service (MCS).
2.3 Availability of MCS is dependent on the correct installation and operation of the appliance in accordance with
the installation and operating instructions that accompany each product.
2.4 MCS is only available in metropolitan Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Miele may, at its sole
discretion, elect to offer MCS to a location beyond these metropolitan regions.
2.5 MCS is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and is subject to the availability of a Miele Consultant to attend
at a suitable time as agreed with the purchaser.

own home. A Miele specialist will work with you to be sure you have all the confidence you need
to get the most out of your beautiful new Miele appliances. And ensure they give you many years
of trouble-free service.
All your appliance features will be clearly explained and demonstrated and you will have plenty
of time to ask any questions you might have. Your consultant will give you all the tips you need for the
seamless operation and care of your appliances.

Cost: • $299 with the purchase of appliances including any Miele oven
• Complimentary service with appliance purchase over $30K
