As the regions’ only dedicated tradeshow, the Dubai WoodShow provides a powerful venue for companies in the wood industry to exploit the ongoing infrastructure and construction boom in the Middle East. Post Show ReviewDubai WoodShow 2018The 13th edition of Dubai International Wood and Machinery Show (Dubai WoodShow) and the 2nd edition of Dubai International Furniture Accessories & Components & Semi-Finished Products Show took place from 12 – 14 March, 2018 at Dubai World Trade Center.

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Cabinet Member and Minister of Infrastructure Development, o�cially inaugurated the show on Monday, March 12, 2018, in the presence of H.E. Pacome Moubelet Bouyeba, Gabonese Minister of Forest, Vira Khmerova, Vice President of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Wood Processing, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, along with other key international dignitaries and o�cials.

This year’s edition had a considerably high in�ux of visitors whose attention was captured by the latest technologies in the woodworking machinery that were on display from world class players. Very innovative and future products were on display in the wood sector that will change the course of not only the wood industry but the construction sector as well. The visitors came in from 100 countries which establishes the fact of Dubai WoodShow being a truly international exhibition.
