SUBJECT: CDOT Network Out of Service

Beginning February 21st CDOT began experiencing network problems Even with the Office of Information Technology’s diligent efforts, CDOT is still without network service and all computers are logged-off and shut down. Unfortunately, this has greatly impacted our ability to prepare Planning Referrals or associated documents. This is a statewide issue.

We are receiving email documents through our cellular phones but most local agencies are submitting referral documents through email. It is nearly impossible to provide the thorough review necessary to provide formal comment. In the interim, please consider submitting documents for review through the US Postal Service or other courier to 905 N Erie Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81001. Individual phone numbers will be listed below.

Ultimately, we request your patience with us until this issue subsides. We will notify you when circumstances change. Please share this information with your external customers who may be delayed in obtaining CDOT’s formal comment or approval.
