A building is being built which is owned by Rock Mountain Baptist Church (501-269-4645). The general contractor doing the construction is Mike Wallace with Mallard Contractors (501-514-4099).

I inspected the site and there has been a lot of erosion running off into Arch Street. They do have site fencing up but there is a lot of disturbed soil which is still eroding. I called Mike Wallace and told him that Arch Street had to be completely cleaned off and that he needed to seed and straw all disturbed soil. He said he would get a crew out there to clean it up.
