OUR NETWORKMidway services is a growing base of clients through seven branches that are all connected to our HQ in Detroit, MI. Our base is already above 4,000 dental practices. In the last several years, we have added three new branches. Each of these branches either has or will have the following: a merchandise sales team paired with equipment specialists, technicians for service, and an education center for dental courses.

PRINT IS NOT DEADPrint is all but dead in most US markets, but not in the dental supply context. We can successfully leverage print advertising unlike anyone else. We have an unparalleled humanistic approach to business with our clients. Our sales representatives build lasting and deep connections with their dental practices and print materials serve as their ammunition in account growth.

Quarterly publications are our most effective print tool. Sales People deliver them personally to each office and review the contents with office managers, front desk staff, and doctors.

Package stuffers, while not as personal, still hit every single office via strategic placement within an order of supplies so that every single stuffer is viewable. You can include either a printed material or a physical sample of your product.

DIGITAL FOCUSEDWe spent 14 months building a new brand and a website from scratch that complement each other (completion date December 2018). We are the only major supplier to have rebuilt our digital front from the ground up.

Web banners come in two styles: 1) front page full width banners and 2) browsing page skyscraper banners. The latter is viewed when users are browsing our supplies.

Our Facebook account is growing in viewership and in quality. We now use a video-first approach to match what the platform is designed for. Your posts will be boosted on the Midway account and we will deliver metrics on your results.

Every Midway client receives your email, and you get the metrics back. We space our messaging out strategically so as not to overcommunicate to our customers

NATIONAL SALES MEETINGThe Midway Sales Retreat will join you with the entire Midway business development team. Tucked quietly away in northern Indiana, Swan Lake Resort provides the perfect space to interact with the people who want to learn about your products and services. We reserve the vast majority, if not all of the resort, and the intimate setting allows for maximum networking potential. While there are fun activities outside of our networking events and dinners, people are kept in proximity throughout the retreat. You will learn our latest plans for how we can grow your accounts, and get to chat with the people who make it happen in the field. Equipment breakouts are available for an additional cost during the sales meeting.

ADVERTISE WITH CONNECTMidway has launched a paid membership program called Connect.
