The S2B program is a Microsoft® community initiative, connecting Microsoft partners and customers with universities to provide students with real world experiences, and to encourage skills to fuel innovation that enables employability of our next generation. The objective of the S2B program is to inspire local businesses to communicate the competency requirements for new talent, to evaluate the skills of students ready for a job or internship, to collaborate with local universities to provide the curriculum and training needed, and to connect business-ready students to a thriving technology ecosystem.

What is Microsoft® Students to Business program?

Universities can submit requests online to get involved in the Microsoft Students to Business program.

Businesses can enroll online and, once validated as Microsoft partner or customer, may post an opportunity, find students, and engage with local universities.

Students can register and post their curriculum vitae along with academic and technical competencies. Students at participating universities may be eligible for additional benefits such as training scholarships, degree credit, and access to Microsoft software.

The membership provides a complete solution to keep academic labs, faculty and students on the leading edge of technology. The Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance is a membership program offering access to Microsoft Dynamics software, technical support, and training resources for teaching and research purposes. The Microsoft IT Academy Program supports education institutions in delivering IT training. It provides them with faculty training, Microsoft software licences, and discounts on courseware and certification exams.
