Also used for wiring of machine tools , ap- pliances, and control circuits not exceeding 600 volts. THHN, conductor is suitable for use in dry loca- tions at temperatures not to exceed 90°C. THWN conductor is suitable for use in wet or dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90° C or not to exceed 75°C when exposed to oil or coolant. THHN stands for Thermoplastic High Heat Resistant Nylon THWN is a water resistant THHN cable type. THWN is considered an evolution of THHN Today's they are one in the same, pretty much all THHN is dual rated with THWN. THHN is not a very flexible product due to its nylon coating. This can often be a factor for many contractors or end users since there is usu- ally a preference to use a product that saves time during installation and machines wiring However, THHN resistance against rodents and termites is a great advantage against PVC insu- lated wire, it guarantees much safer operation and longer life span. THHN & THWN wires

Step 1:
PVC Extruder 100 mm.
Fixed center cross head, microdia avantis 30.
High throuhgput distributor. Compression tooling for solid core or semi
compression tooling for stranded core.
Step 2:
PA Extruder 60 mm.
Fixed center cross head, microdia avantis 20.
Shallow distributor to reduce PA residence time in the head.
Tubing tooling with large tip inner diameter.

To be closer to its Chinese customers, Microdia has opened a new office in Swiss Center Shanghai locat-
ed at Waigaoqiao 上海外高桥保税区, part of the new
Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone.
Microdia Asia Pacific is run by Yuca Chen & Brian Zu, both very familiar with Microdia products as they handled its business for respectively 10 and 7
years on behalf of Microdia‘s agent in Shanghai.
This new Shanghai office is now the link between Microdia’s head quarter in Switzerland, giving sup-port to our numerous Chinese customer; it will also keep a comprehensive stock of wear parts and
spares.
Microdia Asia Pacific is active since May 2014.
