    Parts List, Notes & Drawings

    Notes:

    1. The press is designed to accommodate a biomass mold height of 3 with either a 3 or 4diameter. If you desire a height greater than 3 , increase the length of parts A & B by theincreased height of the desired mold, and retain the accurate location for the holes at the top ofboth Part A and Part B. Also, increase the length of Parts J, K & M appropriately.

    2. To minimize swelling of the plunger, Part J, caused by the absorption of moisture, coat theplunger with oil, grease, lard or any similar water repelling substance.

    3. To capture waste water you can tilt the press for drainage by either lengthening the lowersection of Part B (below the base plate, part D) or use the optional cradle, Part F.
