I am pleased to announce the Michelle McGann Golf Classic will be held

the afternoon of Friday, November 30, 2018, at Lost Tree Club in North

Palm Beach, with all proceeds benefiting The Michelle McGann Fund.

Despite being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 13, I have been

able to achieve my dreams supported by a fantastic family, terrific

health care professionals, and support of friends like you. The mission

of The Michelle McGann Fund is to support kids and families affected

by diabetes, so they may live their dreams like me!

We hope that you will join us as a player, sponsor, or attendee of our

event on November 30!

$20,000 EXECUTIVE SPONSOR Entitles Sponsor to twelve (12) playing spots and twelve (12) tickets to dinner and entertainment. Receives lead listing in all media releases, Tournament Sponsor signage, and promotion on webpages, program, and banners at Lost Tree Club. A private round of golf and lunch for twelve (12) with Michelle McGann at a location of your choosing within the U.S.

$10,000 PLATINUM SPONSOR Entitles Sponsor to eight (8) playing spots and eight (8) tickets to the cocktail and dinner party after play is completed at the Lost Tree Club. Receives listing in all media releases and a Platinum Sponsor sign at the Lost Tree Club.

$8,000 GOODIE BAG SPONSOR Entitles Sponsor to recognition at the dinner, signage in each cart, one golf foursome, and four (4) tickets to post play celebration!

$5,000 GOLD SPONSOR Entitles Sponsor to four (4) playing spots and four (4) tickets to party a ter conclusion of play. Listing in all media releases and Gold Sponsor sign at the Lost Tree Club.

$3,000 FOURSOME Four (4) playing spots and four (4) tickets to the party after play.

$750 INDIVIDUAL PLAYER Entitles one golfer to play and attend post play celebration!

$150 DINNER PATRON Entitles one non-golfer to attend cocktail party dinner, and entertainment
