Bantam Projects

I describe Bantam projects in terms of scope and scale. Projects in this class satisfy one of several characteristics. Type 1. The 3D model is supplied to us. If the model is “render ready” the total work is less. Type 2. The project is smaller, e.g., a six unit Condominium. Type 3. The project is large but the presentational effort is less because the presentation technique is schematic.Finally, there are projects done for fun. These projects are fun and necessary. One must always remain a student.
