Needham was the owner of Out on a Limb Family Tree & Landscape in Blue Ash, Ohio. He was found deceased outside of the business on March 24, 2018. He was last seen in the parking lot of the business, and had been driving a 1999 Toyota 4-Runner similar to the image above. The Hamilton County Coroner's Office ruled Needham's death a homicide.
