Hello Mary,
Good morning!
Well, Nate (my hubby) and I are still working our way through the zucchini. I didn't end
up doing any baking with it. I looked at making bread, and was slightly surprised to see
how much sugar is in one loaf! I have made a couple of yummy things on the stove
with it though.
I did find good homes for some of them though. And one person commented about
how much larger they are than the ones you get in the store. Yes, they're that big!
If you're in the US, did you have a nice Labor Day? We went to my in-laws for part of
the day. We grilled out, went to the beach for a walk and then had ice cream cones! It
was a fun day :)
