This marketing information presents the following optimized products:

Bio-Polishing is a controlled hydrolysis of cellulosic fibers to modify the fabric in a manner that reduces the pilling tendency and
increase the smoothness and softness of the finished fabric.
Usually, the Bio-Polishing process is applied in acidic conditions (pH 4.5-5.5) at 50 - 55 C just after the scouring or bleaching
process and before dyeing.
This well-known acid enzymes market is mature and highly competitive. In this case the cost/performance ratio is the dominant
factor.
Thanks to the new enzymatic formulations that improve in a significant way our current offer for the Bio-Polishing segment we
launch this new product package to cover this important market segment with success.
The new improved cost of these products will enable us to be much more competitive in the market segment of acid cellulases
for Bio-Polishing and therefore win market shares.

General description of the conventional Bio-Polishing process:
1. Set the temperature according to the table information
2. Set the pH according to the table information
3. Add % dosage according to the table information
4. Ensure high mechanical action (washing machine or exhaust machines)
5. Run the machine for the recommended time according to the table information
6. Deactivate the enzyme activity by increasing of temperature and pH.

Lava Cell BLKis an acid enzyme especially designed for mill application. The activity was adjusted in order to obtain bestperformance even with low mechanical action that usually is found in mill process (i.e. overflow).
