A Life Inspired and Vocation Enriched at Mo-Ranch

Take advantage of working in a Christian environment with many jobs to choose from. Visit www.moranch.com and CLICK JOBS at MO for details and to download an application.

Participants agree to live by a few “house rules” determined by Mo-Ranch (the house is alcohol and drug free, there is no cohabitation, etc.), and then make a COVENANT WITH EACH OTHER to decide how they will live with each other day to day. Mo-Ranch hires a Summer Staff Coordinator to facilitate weekly house meetings, excursions, and to be available to discuss matters of faith and vocation. Past participants have come away with friendships that last way beyond the summer, and with their batteries recharged for another year of school, work or whatever life has in store for them.

LIVE AT THE CALEB FLETCHER HOUSE. The design of this wonderful space facilitates comfortable living and community building. Bedrooms house 2—3 program participants with a private bath. The living space has a common living room with wireless internet access, kitchen and laundry facilities.

For more information on the ALIVE @ MO Program contact Lori Beer Nance, Chaplain Program Director for Mo-Ranch at 800-460-4401 ext. 242 or [email protected].

For more information on SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT contact the Mo-Ranch Human Resources Department at 800-460-4401 ext. 272 or [email protected].

2014 Summer @ Mo promises to be a transforming experience. Join us for worship, recreation and fellowship along the banks of the Guadalupe River. Each conference is designed to have a balance of large and small-group activities enabling youth to grow in their faith. Start planning today and join us for an unforgettable experience!

General InformationThe youth must come with adult sponsors! Each group must send a minimum of one adult sponsor for every five youth. Churches must send sponsors of the same gender as those youth who will be participating.

Every sponsor must have a background check dated within 12 months of the conference on file with Mo-Ranch.

Adult sponsors play a key role in the success of each of our conferences, additional sponsor information is available on our website.

Each summer, Mo-Ranch needs between 65 and 75 small-group leaders for our various youth conferences. The small-group experience is one of the most important times at any conference. Mo-Ranch needs small-group leaders mature in their faith who are willing to listen to youth and help guide them as they explore the conference theme through activities, Bible study, prayer, sharing, laughter and many other ways. Download an application at www.moranch.com/sgl.
