Our Mental Health First Aid team have promoted Children’s Mental Health Health Week. They encouraged all of our pupils to participate in a range of activities to ensure positive emotional well-being. Year 1 visited the Black Country Living Museum to support their developing understanding of change and History. They had a great time. Today, a small group of pupils visited Birmingham University and contributed to the Youth Summit on Environmental Issues. They had some amazing ideas around the theme of ‘‘what can we do to change?’ Thank you for your continued support. ARTICLE 9 (separation from parents) Children must not be separated from their parents against their will unless it is in their best interests (for example, if a parent is hurting or neglecting a child). Children whose parents have separated have the right to stay in contact with both parents, unless this could cause them harm. ARTICLE 10 (family reunification) Governments must respond quickly and sympathetically if a child or their parents apply to live together in the same country. If a child’s parents live apart in different countries, the child has the right to visit and keep in contact with both of them. Dates for your diary These are upcoming school dates for events.     Attendance and Punctuality

    Well done to Leopards who had 99.3% attendance! The best attendance in school this week

    Overall attendance this week was 94.97%.

    Our school target is 98%.It is really important that your child

    attends school unless they are genuinely ill so that they can receive

    the education they are entitled to.

    Punctuality‘If a child is 10 minutes late once a week- they will miss a whole day’s

    learning over the academic year’
