One can join as a customer or Family member

Customer get 5% instant profit on every purchase

A Family member can introduce a customer/Family member and participate in compensation plan

A customer can’t introduce any customer or family

member and can’t participate in the compensation plan

If a customer purchases 1500 MRP products in a single purchase or multiple purchase shall become a family member and participate in compensation plan.

1) Instant Profit Sharing

If a Family Member/Customer purchases product shall get 5% instant profit share on MRP.

*Other than Instant Profit Share all the payouts are on Net Value (MRP- 15% towards Duties and Taxes).

2)Customer Business/Self purchase incentive

If a Family Member introduce a customer , the customer gets 5% instant profit sharing on MRP and the Family member who has introduced the customer will get 10% profit sharing from customer business on net value through pay out.

Also customer business volume will be added to the Family members personal Volume which will reflect in FDDP and Family Promotion Awards.

If a Family member purchase products will get 5% Instant profit on MRP and rest 10% profit share on net value will be sent through payout .

FM personal Volume always adds to weakest family line

** Once you become a Family Member, from the following month you get 15% profit sharing.

All New family members Volume and repurchase volume of existing family members are add together and get family level profit sharing on total volume on percentage basis on different levels as shown above.

Even though you have a single family line you can earn from 15 levels Family profit sharing income every month.

All directly introduced members will be placed in your 1st level for Family level profit sharing but can be placed anywhere you like in the tree and the business volume will be reflected in FDDP.

Anyone who achieves the Rank Saffron Family Member or Founder Family member qualify for Royalty.

0.5% of company turn over is distributed among the qualified SFMs in proportionate to their group business volume every month

0.5% of company turn over is distributed among qualified FFMs in proportionate to their group business volume every month

Example :Family RoyaltySay This month company Turn over 5 Crs. 0.5% of this will be distributed among the eligible SFMs and 0.5% among the FFMs

5 Cr X 0.5% = 250000/- Royalty for SFMs

Say there are 5 SFMs in that months ,say every one have same business volume .Now 250000/- will distributed in proportionate to the business

volume of 5 SFMs. Each will get 250000/5=50000/- Royalty monthly

Once eligible for Royalty, it will continue every month in proportionate with the Group volume.

5 Cr X 0.5% = 250000/- Royalty for FFMs

Say there are 2 FFMs in that months ,say every one have same business volume .Now 250000/- will distributed in proportionate to the business

volume of FFMs. Each will get 250000/2=125000/-Approx. Royalty monthly.Once eligible for Royalty, it will continue every month in proportionate with the Group volume.

7) Family Promotion Bonus

Family Promotion Bonus Criteria

Available for FP and above.

Calculated on the points earned on the basis of group volume and paid on yearly basis.

The applicable rank will be the one that the member is holding vide FDDP at the closure of the year.

In case of a member holding more than single position in the year shall be eligible only if she has accumulated the total eligible points, calculated for each such position with the duration in that position.

In case of more than one achiever in the same rank in a single line, the upline is eligible for this bonus on the points calculated on his Personal group Business volume (side Volume)proportionate to that of others in the same line on the points available for distribution (i.e, the Total bonus amount shall be on the points, that the topmost one in the same rank is eligible).

In case of a member not reaching the required points per position shall at least accumulate 75% of the Required points to be eligible for participation and shall be eligible for proportionate accumulated amount of Family Promotion Bonus.

The year is the financial year ( i.e, from every 25th March to next 24th March), common for all.

Chairman Family Member Recognition

a) Any FFM generating minimum one down line FFM under him, shall be recognized as Chairman’s Family Silver Member.b) 0.25 % of the total MFB business shall be pooled and divided among such silver members in proportion to the group business volume of the immediate down line FFM.c) Only eligible CFSMs shall share this 0.25%.

a) Any FFM generating minimum one downline FFM in 2 parallel lines under him, shall be recognized as Chairman’s Family Gold Member.b) 0.35% of the total MFB volume shall be pooled and divided among such gold members in proportion to the total group business volume of both the immediate down line FFMs.c) Only eligible CFGMs shall share this 0.35%.

a) Any FFM generating minimum one downline FFM in 3 or more parallel lines under him, shall be recognized as Chairman’s Family Diamond Member.b) 0.40% of the total MFB volume shall be pooled and divided among such diamond members in proportion to the total group business volume of all such ( 3 or more) immediate down line FFMs.c) Only eligible CFDMs shall share this 0.40%.

Qualifying Criteria:

1) Introduce /upgrade minimum 3 New Family Members in a pay out period 2) Have group volume 9000/- under this new group,3) Out of 9000 Group volume there should be minimum 3000 Nutramine products in a pay out period

Any one who qualifies for Booster-I shall get 1 share .Total nos. of qualifiers will be in a pool.

The reward will be 1% of Total Company Turn over will be distributed among all the qualifying Family members equally..

For Example: The total company turn over in a month say 5 Crs. Then 1% of the Volume i.e 5 Cr x 1%= 5 lakhs. It will be kept in the pool and will be distributed among the eligible members equally. Say there are total 50 shares. Then value of each share = 500000/50=Rs 10000/-

So all the Booster-I qualifiers will get Rs 10000/- each as monthly reward

The objective of this promotion is to create fire at the bottom. To motivate new comers to earn exciting income straight from the beginning.
