MF1-UL Wireless Control Module Features Key Features: 915 MHz wireless technology makes creating lighting zones easy and convenient Up to 100 ft (30.5 m) of safe wireless connection 32 different addresses or groups Eliminates the need for recircuiting Easy snap in installation to wireless ready control devices The MF1-UL Wireless Control Module works with STEINEL’s wireless lighting control devices to create control zones without the need for additional wiring. The MF1-UL simply plugs into a STEINEL wireless device. Devices are then grouped together via a DIP switch address. Any transmitter device with an MF1-UL module will switch all devices in a group ON when triggered. For example, when a sensor detects occupancy and swit- ches lights ON, this switching command will be sent to all other wireless devices within the group. All wireless devices with the same group address will consequently switch the lights ON. The lights will not switch OFF until no command signals are sent to the group and the last device’s time delay has expired. 915 MHz wireless technology makes creating lighting zones easy and convenient Up to 100 ft (30.5 m) of safe wireless connection32 different addresses or groupsEliminates the need for recircuitingEasy snap in installation to wireless ready control devices

The MF1-UL Wireless Control Module works with STEINEL’s wireless lighting control devices to create control zones without the need for additional wiring.

The MF1-UL simply plugs into a STEINEL wireless device. Devices are then grouped together via a DIP switch address. Any transmitter device with an MF1-UL module will switch all devices in a group ON when triggered. For example, when a sensor detects occupancy and swit-ches lights ON, this switching command will be sent to all other wireless devices within the group.

All wireless devices with the same group address will consequently switch the lights ON. The lights will not switch OFF until no command signals are sent to the group and the last device’s time delay has expired.

Mounting

Address DIP switch

The MF1-UL’s 5 position DIP switch can be used for setting 32 different addresses or groups.

All devices in a group must have the same DIP switch setting.

The STEINEL wireless lighting control system enables group control of lighting fixtures. In this example, the RHB 300 sensors (with MF1-UL factory installed) are set up into two groups (or lighting zones). Detection by one sensor in a group, activates lighting for all the sensors in that group.
