MEZCAL SECURITY VEHICLES (MSV)
MSV established in 2010 located in Dubai, UAE, is a young
and dynamic company producing a wide range of Armored Vehicles
from Armored Civilian vehicles to Military Vehicles
Armouring is an art when it comes from Mezcal
Mezcal’s armouring is professionally integratedinto the shell and the doors of the vehicles. Theresult is complete armoured structure thatcontinues to reinforce the original body of thevehicle. The pillar carrying the doors are speciallyreinforced at the hinge mounting points, whichare directly attached to the armouring structure,and the doors are reinforced similar way withhinge mounting points also directly attached tothe armouring of doors. In this way, the wholeadded weight of the armouring of the door issupported by the armoured structure of the shellthereby guaranteeing the integrity of theassembly and preventing undue stress on theoriginal body structure. Suspension and brakeupgrades are included in the standardspecifications, as well as the protection of thebattery and the fuel tank.
Armouring is an art when it comes from Mezcal
Most of the Mezcal’s production is armoured to level B6but offers a range of protections levels from B4 to B7based on the European CEN standards, and will alsoprovide protection according to other ballistic standardssuch as NATO, STANAG, US NIJ, Russian GHOST or anyspecific standard required by the customer.
In B6 level armour we use materials, bot opaque andtransparent, that meet or exceed the requirements of theEuropean Cen 1522/23 and CEN 1063 standards to thelevel FB6 for opaque areas and BR6for transparentareas.
All four sides of the passenger compartment and the roofof the vehicle are protected using high quality armoursteel and glass defeating 7.62 x 51mm M80 NATO ballammunition ( US NIJ Level III, CEN Level B6) and 5.56 x45 SS109 ammunition (CEN Level B5 and B6) at 0⁰
incidence (90⁰ to the surface) and 10 m range accordingto CEN 1063 and CEN 1522.
Absolute discretion: Mezcal Security always ensures that theoriginal appearance and handling qualities of the vehicle are leftintact, and that the glass elements remain aesthetically true to theiroriginal appearance. A vehicle in which the armouring is not readilyvisible will be able to blend into the civilian traffic flow more easilyand stands less chance of being singled out and targeted. Because ofthis, discretion and appearance are a very big as important to avehicle’s security as quality of armour.

Over 50 armoured vehicles are leaving the production line every month, builtthrough a process driven and quality focused system to ensure conformity ofproduction as you would expect of any volume vehicle manufacturer.
Every stage of he production process in Mezcal is tracked and recorded toguarantee that strict security standards are adhere to, quality control is integral atevery process stage along the production line. All welders and armour welding iscertified according to internationally recognised standards.
A through vehicle check is undertaken in our pre delivery inspection departmentthat is equipped with brake, suspension and engine testing equipment.
Mezcal gives more important to the Research andDevelopment wing in designing and building Armorbody for any new model vehicles and APC’s.
