- Machine safety design is proven by CE regulation.

- Complete safety guard by Poly Carbonate board with housing construction by

aluminum profile and Interlock design.

HM V6 Plus consists of:

- Form film reel axis with tension and brake for film releasing control. Pre-

release of film by motor control with dancing roller. Machine stop on end of

film.- Pre-heating plates, direct contact sandwich type, is controlled temperature by

separate thermocouples for top and bottom, less format tools. In prior

starting of main drive, pre-heating works by pneumatic cylinder to prevent

inferiority of first forming.

- Thermo forming station and pre-heating built on a slide bed. Thermo forming

by clean air blowing to chilled form plate, less format tools.

- Wide product feeding bed installed feeding facilities and various optional

equipments.

- Lid foil axis with tension and brake for foil releasing control. Machine stop on

end of foil.

- Plate and plate sealing by means of pressing both heat top plate and cold

bottom plate, less format tools.

- Sealing top plate lifts up and air cooling on machine stop not to effect heat to

film and products.

VALIDITY

By April 30, 2014

WARRANTY

Warranty is effective for 1 year from the date of commissioning by our technician in

customer's factory. In delay of commissioning schedule or without commissioning, the

warranty may be effective for 1(one) year and 1(one) month from shipment date.

TESTING MATERIALS

Test materials for setting and fine tuning of machine before delivery are required to be

supplied to manufacturer's factory site by buyer, in cleared from customs and freight

prepaid, within at least 45 (forty five) days before assumed delivery date. When

quantity is not specially informed by manufacturer, it is required for at least 3 (three)

hours operation per each size part. When we should arrange materials locally by

customer's unavoidable reasons, the customer has the responsibility to inform us in

advance, within 60 (sixty) days before delivery time, and to pay for cost of materials

accordingly.

FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST

FAT and training is provided for 2 persons per set of machine for 5 working days. Cost

for air ticket and hotel lodging cost in Korea has to be burdened by buyer.
