Tour price is per person based on double occupancy, with a minimum of 12 paying participants. Land prices are calculated as of May 2013 and are subject to change. Participants are responsible for all aspects of their air arrangements, round-trip into and out of Mexico City. Final balance must be paid by check to ISDI. Final payment will be invoiced and is due on August 5, 2013. Registrants will be accepted beyond this date on a space-available basis and full payment is due by check.

THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION PENALTIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. All cancellations must be received in writing by ISDI, and are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $750 per person. Written cancellation received by ISDI on or before August 5, 2013: full refund minus $750 administrative fee. Written cancellation received by ISDI on or between August 6 and September 3, 2013: results in forfeit of majority of funds, including a $2000 per person cancellation charge (includes administrative fee). Cancellation in this time period could involve a loss of as much as 100% of land costs per person. Cancellations received on or after September 4, 2013: no refund. After the tour has commenced, no refunds issued. No refunds issued for missed meals or any unused portion of the tour. If you incur any additional expenditure due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors, you will be responsible for your own expenses, such as accommodations, transfers, and/or meals. Upon payment of the deposit to ISDI, the participant agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.

The Hotel Camino Real Polanco In the upscale Polanco neighborhood just steps from the lovely Chapultepec Park, the Camino Real Polanco is one of Mexico’s great architectural hotels. Conceived as a hotel-museum, the building offers bright colors, tranquility, and beauty, with an art collection boasting works by Rufino Tamayo, Alexander Calder, as well as a beautiful sculptural wall by contemporary Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta. In addition to elegant rooms, the Camino Real has five restaurants and even a one-of-a-kind over-water bar.
